I didn't get my VIP points and I lost a bonus.

Plus they didn't send me an email about the move.

I got an e-mail, so I'd guess they sent you one but it got lost in the cyber-ether.

My 0.22 was transferred seemlessly. Very Happy
Never experienced such a seamless transition. I rcv'd an email first as an affiliate & a few days later as a player.
Some servers will intercept mail they think may be spam, particularlly G-Mail & Yahoo. If it's not in your spam, that may be what happened to it.

My money was transferred alright, but my withdrawal on Dec. 4 was refused. No reason given, and I had to look at my transaction history in the cashier just to see it was refused since I didn't receive an e-mail telling me it had been.

I e-mailed support asking what I have to do to get my money. Will see if that works out.

I have made a first cash-out very recently on ACR.

it took them a while - to ask me for documents, then did not hear from them again for about 3 days, asked support, they did NOT get the doc's.

I resent -it with on line support staying with me - they did NOT get it. So I sent one doc at a time, took a bit longer - then they did get it. The doc. was in .jpg - was not very large at all.

The support person forwarded it to security, and took about 2 more days to receive the cash -out (using Skrill).

Not sure if they share cashier - but something was messy with the size of e-mail they can receive! Really makes no sense, and again not sure if this is relevant for BlackChip, but shared it just in case.

Re: Black Chip on WPN

I wish it were as simple as my documents not going through. First off, they never approved the withdrawal I submitted on Nov 6. It seems obvious they were already planning to leave Merge, but what good reason could there be for not paying out my $90 a month before the move?

On Dec 4, I requested a withdrawal of 100 to Skrill. I received an e-mail asking for documents. But it didn't say my withdrawal had been declined, so I assumed it was still pending and would be approved in a couple of days after they got my docs. I sent them on Dec 5, and they acknowledged receipt.

As of yesterday, Dec 9, I hadn't received notification my withdrawal had been approved. That's when I looked in the transaction history in the cashier and saw by Dec 4 request had been declined, not just held pending receipt of my docs.

I then went to submit another withdrawal. But no options appeared in the cashier - not Skrill or anything else. So, I tried making a deposit from Skrill. Btw, the min is $50, so higher than most other sites. But no change, even after I waited a couple of hours. So I e-mailed then again last night.

This morning, I received a reply saying the withdrawal options were now unlocked. They were, so I submitted another withdrawal. My fingers are crossed. Toes and eyes too.

I just checked my BCP account after reading this thread. I currently have no withdrawal options and only 2 depositing options: Neteller and Entropay. mad

Edit: Checked my ACR account, same story. Evil or Very Mad

Received my withdrawal to Skrill this morning. Five days after my latest request. Not impressive, even if I disregard that my previous requests were unsuccessful for no apparent reason.

Let's hope it is just for a first time. (I also got my money very slow from ACR - compared to E-walet expectation)
Also from what they say - maybe it is slower for Canadians - but better cash-outs for USA????
Anyone has some more experience to share?
